Vintage Soirée

There is nothing like a vintage shopping party to get you in the mood for the holidays. It's never too soon to secure a New Year's Eve dress! The lovely ladies from Artifaktori presented a mesmerizing assortment of options, which looked dazzling in Upstairs on The Square's "Jewel Box" room, an oasis of elegance featuring mirrored ceilings, a plush lavender banquette, and divine leopard carpet. Punky Style captured the mood perfectly with her GLAMOUROUS photographs and I of course snatched up a black and gold sequin sheath that I can't WAIT to wear. The company was delightful and to top it off, we enjoyed tunes from The Sweet and Low Down along with some swing dancing and a couple of champagne cocktails.

At the end of the evening, while helping the girls pack up the glittering finery, we couldn't help but imagine being locked inside the Jewel Box, only to play dress up and sip champagne all night long, that really wouldn't be so bad would it?!
