In Style

The New York Times Thursday Styles section was particularly stellar today (I actually read the newspaper!) Articles included a review of Eva Gentry, a too-die-for shop in Brooklyn and her accompanying consignment store, as well as a piece about parenting and spending, which was most interesting. I most enjoyed "The All American Back From Japan" It was nice to hear the story of Engineered Garments (The Closet usually has a small selection) and all the other old school brands we receive. The preppy Americana look is de rigueur in Japan (oh they are so stylish). Lucky for us, we have some pretty stylish consignors ourselves, so if that's the look you're going for, you are sure to find something here!
